In November 2025, GEM Europe successfully closed a bond financing round via Zonhub, raising €900,500 from 298 investors at 8.5% annual interest over an 18-month term. The round was oversubscribed at 150%, reflecting strong investor confidence in GEM's project pipeline and structuring approach. The proceeds are being used to advance Solar Park Argeș - a 350 MWp solar park with 200 MW / 400 MWh battery storage across 7 locations in Rociu, Argeș County - to Ready-to-Build status.
